NEET SS Counselling 2022: MCC adds MD, MCh seats to round-2 seat matrix

NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) adds two doctor of medicine master of chirurgiae (MCh) seats in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Super Specialty (NEET SS) counselling 2022 round-2 seat matrix.
The counselling authority takes the decision after receiving information from Lok Nayak Hospital, associated with Maulana Azad Medical College (MAMC) about seats that could not be contributed by the college before the start of NEET SS round-1 counselling 2022.

Therefore, MCC includes 2 seats in the MCh neuro surgery programme in the seat matrix of round-2 of SS counselling 2022 to prevent wastage of precious super specialty seats. "For any details regarding the course w.r.t Fee/ Stipend/ Bond etc. the Nodal Officer may be contacted as given in the college profile," said the MCC notice.
MCC declared the NEET SS round-1 final result on December 9, 2022. The authority also added one seat in the MCh urology programme in Kamineni Institute of Medical Sciences on December 29, 2022.
