NEET UG 2024 application correction window opens on March 18; editable fields

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will open the application correction window for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG) 2024 on March 18. Candidates can make changes in their NEET UG 2024 application form through the official website, exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/.

As per the official notification, the NEET UG application correction window will remain open till March 20, 2024. NTA has informed that after this deadline, no further corrections will be entertained under any circumstances.

Any additional fees required for corrections must be paid by the candidates online using credit, debit card, net banking, or UPI. "In cases where changes in Gender, Category, or PwD status affect the fee amount, candidates will be charged any excess fee accordingly. Please note that any excess payments made will not be refunded", NTA notification read.

Candidates will be able to edit all fields and uploaded documents in the NEET UG application form except the contact mobile number and email used at time of registration.

The NTA will conduct the NEET UG 2024 on May 5, 2024 at various exam centres across the country. The exam will be held from 2 pm to 5:20 pm in offline mode.

Meanwhile, the NTA extended the registration deadline after receiving representations from the candidates. Candidates will be able to submit the NEET UG application form 2024 till March 16. Over 25 lakh candidates have registered for NEET UG exam 2024 so far.
