NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Design will host the link of Design Aptitude Test (NID DAT 2024) on the official website, admissions.nid.edu, likely at 4 PM today.

Candidates can download the NID DAT admit card 2024 using their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth. NID DAT 2024 will consist of two stages – prelims and mains – for admission into Bachelor of Design (BDes) and Master of Design (MDes) programmes of National Institute of Design.

The NID DAT 2024 prelims exam will be conducted on December 24, 2023. The NID DAT 2024 mains exam for BDes programme will be held on April 27 and 28, 2024, and for MDes between March 3 and April 6, 2024.

NID DAT BDes Prelims

The NID DAT Prelims exam questions will have two sections – subjective type and objective type questions. The exam is designed to test the candidates’ aptitude for design, creativity, observation, and communication skills. NID DAT part I will be of 40 marks and part II is worth 60 marks.

Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam if they fail to produce their NID DAT 2024 hall ticket at the exam centre. Candidates will have to carry an identity proof such as passport, voter ID, pan card, Aadhar card, student ID card and driver’s licence.
