NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Design (NID) has declared the result for the Design Aptitude Test (DAT) MDes mains 2024 today, April 30. Candidates who appeared for the NID DAT 2024 MDes mains exam will be able to check their results through the official website, admissions.nid.edu.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as email ID and date of birth to log in and download the NID DAT 2024 MDes mains result. Along with the result, the candidate can also download the NID DAT 2024 MDes scorecard.
The scorecard will carry details such as the candidate's name, name of the programme, roll number, category applied in, total score attained, and the qualifying status.
Candidates from unreserved (UR) categories are required to score at least 50% to qualify the exam. Candidates from other backward classes (OBC) must secure a minimum of 45%, while scheduled caste (SC), scheduled tribe (ST) candidates need to achieve 40% to qualify. NID MDes Mains result carries 70% of the weightage of final results. As per the marking scheme, the studio test will be given 40% weightage and the interview round will be given 30% weightage.
The National Institute of Design will organize the NID DAT counselling to allocate seats to the shortlisted candidates. Those who have been allotted a seat must confirm it by May 14, 2024, by paying the non-refundable fees and uploading the necessary documents. If the candidates fail to pay the fees or upload the documents within the specified time then the allocated seat will be cancelled.

Enter the login credentials such as email address and date of birth.
