Download EBookNEW DELHI - National Institute of Fashion Technology extended the end date for registration of online NIFT 2020 counselling for UG and PG till August 21 and August 17 respectively. Candidates who have qualified the NIFT written test can register for online counselling of NIFT. It may be recalled that the institute began the NIFT 2020 registration for online counselling from August 8.

Know the steps to Register for NIFT 2020 Online Counselling

Visit the official website ( Click here )

Click on the tab ‘Registration NIFT Counselling’

Enter the form number and date of birth
-
Click on the ‘Register’ button
-
Provide the required information and documents
-
Pay the registration fee
-
Click on the ‘Submit’ button
NIFT Counselling Important Guideline
-
Shortlisted candidates will be offered admission across the 16 NIFT campuses through counselling
-
Candidates will receive the system-generated letter through SMS and registered email id from the concerned authority after the registration for NIFT online counselling

Candidates will be offered admission based on their merit rank, choice and availability of seat
-
Candidates will have to pay the admission fee after the allocation of the seat. Candidates must collect the allotment letter/receipt duly signed by the nodal officer
Other Important Details
The institute also mentions that the admission cell will not grant any further extension for NIFT registration from the aforementioned revised date. NIFT will announce the new schedule for online NIFT counselling in due course. The concerned authorities requested the candidates to make the payment through Payment Gateway only which is given in the counselling registration portal. Registration fee payment received in any other channel will not be accepted.
