NEW DELHI - National Institute of Fashion Technology will announce the details of NIFT 2020 counselling schedule and registration in the first week of August in online mode. The shortlisted candidates must ensure that they keep the soft copy of valid documents ready to be uploaded for verification at the time of online NIFT counselling. The documents include proof of date of birth, qualification certificate, OBC, EWS, SC, ST, PWD certificates if applicable and many more. The document should be uploaded in the s PDF or JPG/JPEG and the size of the file should not exceed 1 MB. The institute declared the final result of NIFT B.Des-B.FTech on June 25, 2020.

Class 10 certificate as a proof of date of birth

Important guidelines for NIFT counselling 2020
NIFT counselling is conducted to offer admission to the design aspirants across 16 campuses of NIFT.
Candidates are not required to pay any registration fee for the first round of NIFT 2020 counselling.
While registration for counselling candidates will have to provide the required details and documents. Post-registration, applicants will receive the system-generated letter through SMS and registered email id from the concerned authority.
After the allocation of the seat, students will have to pay the admission fee. An allotment letter/receipt duly signed by the nodal officer will be issued which is important to collect.
