Check NowNEW DELHI: National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Ahmedabad has announced the new exam date of NIPER Joint Entrance Examination - NIPER JEE. In the official notice, authorities have announced that NIPER JEE 2020 will now be conducted on September 28. Aspirants are advised to visit the official website niperahm.ac.in, regularly for any latest news and updates.
Earlier through an official notice on July 6, 2020, NIPER, Ahmedabad had announced the postponement of the exam till further notice, and on May 8, 2020, Joint Counselling Committee (JCC) had postponed the exam from June 14 to July 25, 2020, due to the increasing effect of Coronavirus across the nation.

About the exam
NIPER JEE exam will be conducted in a computer-based mode on the new exam day. The exam is conducted for granting admission to NIPER institutes located in Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Hajipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Raebarelli, and SAS Nagar. Admission will be granted to 820 seats offered in Masters in Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Masters of Science (MS Pharm), Masters of Technology (M.Tech Pharm), and Ph. D courses.
The NIPER JEE examination will be conducted for 2 hours duration. There will be a total of 200 multiple-choice questions. For each correct response, one mark will be awarded, while an incorrect response will deduct 0.25 mark.
