NEW DELHI- The Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) opened the NMAT 2021 registration window on August 3. The NMAT application form 2021 is available in online mode at register.nmat.org. NMAT 2021 registration last date is November 10. For submission of the application form of NMAT 2021, candidates will have to pay the NMAT exam fee of Rs 2300 + applicable taxes. While fillingl the NMAT 2021 exam form, candidates need to keep certain points in mind to avoid mistakes. There are few mandatory details that cannot be edited after the submission of the NMAT application form.

The NMIMS Management Aptitude Test (NMAT 2021) will be held from October 14 to December 27 in online mode. Here are some of the mistakes candidates usually commit while filling NMAT application form.
Not having the required documents- While applying for NMAT 2021, not having required documents can increase the chances of error. It is best to keep all the required documents ready before filling the NMAT registration form. Check out the list of documents and keep them ready prior to filling the NMAT exam form.
Name, Address, Date of birth, and category details
Class 10th, 12th, graduation and other certificates
Scanned copy of photograph and signature
Credit/ debit card or netbanking details for payment of NMAT exam fee

Hurrying through the NMAT application process- Since filling NMAT application form is the entry point for appearing in NMAT entrance test. Hurrying through it can lead to carelessness and one can miss the vital part of the NMAT application process. Entering incorrect personal details- Another common mistake that candidates usually make is entering incorrect personal details in the NMAT application form. Your name and parent’s name should be entered correctly and must match with your certificates. Any discrepancy can lead to disqualification. Apart from that candidates should be careful while selecting their category.
Entering educational qualification details incorrectly- Candidates will be asked to enter their past academic details in the application form of NMAT 2021. Details like school/ college name, board/ university name, marks percentage, etc. Make sure candidates enter their marks exactly given in their certificate.
Uploading unclear photograph and signature- Uploading relevant documents such as photograph and signature is also a vital step. Candidates must ensure that the image should be clearly visible and within the appropriate dimension.
Candidates should have completed their graduation in 10+2+3 pattern or four year of education in any stream
Candidates should have secure total aggregate marks of 50 percent
Those who are awaiting their final year of graduation result or pursuing the same are also eligible to apply for NMAT 2021
There is no age bar to appear for NMAT 2021
Candidates must follow the provided steps to complete the NMAT 2021 registration.
Step 1- Visit the official website of NMAT 2021- register.nmat.org
Step 2- Click on the “Register now” tab which is available on the homepage (if you are registering for the first time). Click on the “Login” tab if you are already registered.
Step 3- The NMAT registration form will open. Fill all the basic details such as name, email ID, phone number after that click on the “Register” button
Step 4- After NMAT registration, candidates will receive User ID and Password on the registered email ID and phone number
Step 5- Re-login by using generated NMAT login credentials and fill all the required details
Step 6- Select upto five B-schools in order of your choice
Step 7- Upload requisite documents
Step 8- Select NMAT exam taking option between test centre and remote proctored mode
Step 9- Pay the NMAT exam fee by using credit/ debit card or net banking
Step 10- Now, book exam slot
