No decision yet on cancellation of UP Board exam 2021, says official

Check NowNEW DELHI: The UP Board Exam date 2021 has been extended twice because of the panchayat elections and COVID-19. As the second wave of coronavirus has hit the state, it is expected that the board will cancel the UP Board exam 2021. However, there has been no official notification regarding the cancellation of UPMSP Class 10 and 12 exams .
Talking to Careers360, Divya Kant Shukla, secretary of Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad said, "So far, no decision has been taken on the cancellation of Class 10 and Class 12 exams. The government will discuss and decide on this. The exams had already been put on hold a month ago."
On April 15, UPMSP had extended the UP Board exam date 2021 until May 20. The board announced that the new UP Board Class 10 and 12 exam date 2021 will be released after consulting with the government.
After the cancellation of ICSE and CBSE Class 10 exams 2021, students are demanding to cancel the UP Board exams as well on Twitter.
