Haryana CET Answer Key 2025: HSSC said all official notices on HCET will be announced at hssc.gov.in and advised candidates to rely only on the portal for updates amid misinformation on social media.
The Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has clarified that the news circulating about a revised answer key for the Haryana Common Eligibility Test (CET) 2025 is false. Himmat Singh, Chairman of HSSC, posted on X (formerly Twitter) that the commission has not issued any revised answer key and urged candidates not to be misled by unofficial sources.
Singh emphasised that any official communication regarding changes, corrections, or the release of answer keys will be published solely on the HSSC portal. He further asked candidates to rely only on the official HSSC website, hssc.gov.in, for updates.
“The news being circulated regarding the REVISED ANSWER KEY for CET 2025 is false; the commission has not yet released any REVISED ANSWER KEY. Candidates are requested not to be misled by such news and to keep checking the commission’s website for any information,” Singh said.

The clarification comes in the context of the ongoing recruitment process for Group C posts in the Haryana government. The HSSC had earlier issued the provisional HSSC CET 2025 answer key on July 30, allowing candidates to raise objections till August 1, 2025. The commission stressed that no revised version has been released beyond the provisional key.
The commission earlier also clarified that a false report was circulating on social media claiming the Haryana CET 2025 Group C results had been declared. Himmat Singh, HSSC Chairman, stated that the news, which included the alleged selection of 10,997 candidates and category-wise cut-offs, was fake.
The HSSC CET 2025 exam was conducted in pen-and-paper mode on July 26 and 27, 2025, in two shifts across the state for recruitment to various Group C posts.
