NTA extends AIAPGET 2025 internship cut-off date; what's new eligibility criteria?

The National Testing Agency (NTA) informed that the internship completion deadline for the All India Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) 2025 has been extended and asked aspirants to apply for the exam accordingly on exams.nta.ac.in. The last date for submission of AIAPGET 2025 application form is June 8.

NTA AIAPGET 2025 will be held on July 4, 2025 for admission to postgraduate Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) courses.

The National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) has extended the AIAPGET 2025 internship cut-off till July 31 while the National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH) has extended the last date to complete the internship till August 31, 2025. Only those candidates who complete the mandatory internship before the deadline will be eligible for appearing in the exam.

“In pursuance of the letters received from Secretary, National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and National Commission for Homoeopathy (NCH), the date of the internship completion towards determination of Eligibility for appearing in AIAPGET 2025 has been extended from 30 June 2025 to 31 July 2025 by NCISM & from 30 June 2025 to 31 August 2025 by NCH,” said NTA in the latest notice.

As per the AIAPGET exam schedule, the last date to make application fee payment is June 9. The testing agency will open the AIAPGET 2025 application correction window from June 10 to 12. Registered candidates will be able to download the AIAPGET 2025 exam city slip on June 20 and AIAPGET 2025 admit card from June 30. The duration of the AIAPGET exam 2025 will be 120 minutes.
