NTA CSIR NET 2020 application form - Make corrections before last date

NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency will close the CSIR NET correction window 2020 on September 17, 2020. Candidates can check their CSIR NET application form 2020 and make the corrections if needed on the official website csirnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates are able to make changes till 5 pm and fee can be paid till 11:50 pm on September 17. NTA extended the last date of NTA CSIR NET application form 2020 and correction window thrice this year due to COVID-10 pandemic. As per the revised CSIR NET 2020 exam dates, the CSIR NET 2020 exam will be conducted tentatively in the second week of November 2020.

CSIR NET 2020 application form - Steps to Make Changes

Visit the official website of CSIR NET 2020 .

Click on the link available for CSIR NET Application Correction Form in the bottom of the homepage.

Enter Application number, password and security pin displayed on the screen.

After signing in, the candidates can make relevant changes in CSIR NET application form.

NTA has provided the option to choose the CSIR NET 2020 exam centre nearest to them to lower the risk of noble coronavirus pandemic. They can make corrections in the exam centre venue.

If the picture uploaded earlier is not clear , candidates need to upload a clear scanned photograph along with the scanned signature.

Candidates need to pay CSIR NET application fee in online mode using credit card/debit card or net banking. The changes will not be accepted without paying application fees.

Students must keep in mind CSIR NET application form with blurred or not clear image will be rejected.

This year the conducting authority provides a facility for students to not upload any other documents apart from photographs and signatures.

This national level eligibility test conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) for the students who have post graduated from science stream. NTA conducts this exam for the eligibility of Assistant Professor/Lecturer and Junior Research Fellowship. CSIR NET is conducted for two papers. Paper I is a general paper common for every student whereas Paper II is completely based on the subject chosen by aspirants. There is no upper age limit for the post of Assistant Professor/Lecturer. However, for JRF the maximum age limit is 28 years.
