NTA releases CMAT 2019 result on February 6 marred by technical glitch

NEW DELHI, FEBRUARY 6: After several speculations, National Testing Agency (NTA) has finally released the CMAT 2019 result on February 6, 2019, in online mode. However, due to the temporary server error, the result of CMAT result 2019 could not be viewed initially. However, the login process could be done after a while.

This year, 64,582 candidates registered and 60,000 appeared for CMAT 2019 examination which was conducted at around 84 cities on January 28 and 29, 2019.

The CMAT result is available to test takers via online mode alone. Further, it will be on the basis of the merit list that the candidates will be shortlisted and called in for the admission process.

• Open the official website (ntacmat.nic.in)

• Click on the tab ‘View CMAT 2019 Result’

• Enter registration number/application number, roll number

• CMAT Result 2019 will appear on the screen

• Check your CMAT 2019 result and take print copies for future correspondence.

Earlier, NTA had released the CMAT answer key along with the response sheet on the official website on February 1, 2019. The CMAT 2019 response sheet and the answer key was made available until February 3, 2019. Additionally, test takers were allowed to file objections if they found any discrepancy in the answer key.

What after CMAT 2019 Result?

Now that the CMAT 2019 result has been announced, the participating institutes will now release their cutoff of CMAT 2019 to shortlist candidates. The CMAT cutoff 2019 will be the minimum aggregate score test takers need to secure to successfully attain admission into MBA and PGDM programmes offered by management institutes across India.

The individual institute will then conduct its respective selection procedures to complete their admission procedure. The CMAT selection procedure 2019 comprises Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI) or Written Ability Test (WAT) rounds and candidates will be offered admission on the basis of their performance in these rounds.
