New Delhi: National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the revised dates for All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) exam on February 1, 2020. As per the NTA official website nta.nic.in, the authority will conduct AIAPGET 2020 exam on May 29, for admission to 2274 PG seats in Ayurveda, Yoga, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathy (AYUSH) courses offered by colleges. Along with this, the application form dates have also been announced and will be available on ntaaiapget.nic.in website

Candidates under confusion

With the changing of dates for AIAPGET has led AYUSH PG candidates to bewilderment. Earlier on August 21, 2019, the application form of the test was scheduled to be released on January 1, which was later postponed by the authority. Aspirants were informed about the start of registration in the first week of April, with no confirmation. A month later, NTA official website declares the exam and application date, which will now be a sign of relief for desirous applicants. Since, there is no official notice has been released, it is requested to stay updated with the latest AIAPGET news and updates.

Who is eligible to apply?

Some of basic eligibility conditions to be fulfilled can be checked here:

  • One must possess a valid BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS degree from a recognised institute

  • He/she must have completed one year rotatory internship on or before September 30, 2020

  • An aspirant should have permanent/provisional registration certificate issued by CCIM/CCCH/state board, university or deemed to be university
