NTSE Tamil Nadu Result 2019 released; check here

NEW DELHI, APRIL 9: Directorate of Government Examination, Tamil Nadu has declared the NTSE stage 1 result 2019 for the state of Tamil Nadu today. The result has been released online on the official website in the form of merit list. Candidates can check their NTSE tamilnadu result using their registration number and date-of-birth. The result mentions the name, roll number, date-of-birth, gender, marks scored in MAT, SAT, total score, rank of every candidate who appeared for the exam on November 4, 2018. DGE will release the cutoff and merit list for NTSE Tamil Nadu soon. 

Steps to check the NTSE Tamilnadu result-

• Visit the official website- http://dge2.tn.nic.in/

• Click on NTSE stage 1 result

• Enter the registration number and date-of-birth

• The result will appear on the screen

• Take a printout of the same and secure it

Shortlisted candidates with their name in the merit list shall appear for NTSE stage 2 on June 16, 2019. The NTSE stage 2 exam 2019 has been postponed due to the Lok Sabha Elections. The admit card for the same will be out in May on the official website of NCERT. Those who qualify NTSE stage 2 will be awarded with the scholarship. This year, the number of NTSE scholarships have been increased from 1000 to 2000.
