Odisha CHSE Class 12 Result 2020 to be declared soon; Know Odisha +2 Result Date Here

NEW DELHI: Council of Higher Secondary Education (CHSE) will soon declare the Odisha +2 result 2020 date. As per media reports, the expected Odisha +2 Result Date is August 7, 2020 for the Science stream. The result for Commerce and Arts students will be declared by the end of August 2020. The final CHSE Odisha result 2020 date will be announced soon.

Odisha Class 12 Result 2020 will be declared online on orissaresults.nic.in, www.chseodisha.nic.in 2020. Students should keep their board exam admit card ready to check the CHSE 12th result 2020.

This year, the Odisha board delayed the +2 result 2020 for Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Vocational stream due to lockdown in the state. Approx 3 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 board exams.

In the view of COVID19, approx 22 exam papers were cancelled including biology, economics, computer application, logic, geography, cost accounting, sociology, tourism and hospitality, statistics, anthropology, agriculture, automotive, electronics, and more.

Earlier, Samir Dash, the Odisha education minister said, “The best performance of the students in the examination papers already held will be taken as a yardstick to declare the results. In the case of science students who have appeared at more than three papers, the average marks in the best three papers will be awarded for the papers whose examination has not been conducted.”

In 2019, a total of 3,79, 537 students appeared for Odisha Class 12 exams and 72.33% of students passed.
