Riya Rani has ruled rank 3 with 645 marks in the PSEB Class 10 results 2026. Out of the 2,69,505 candidates who appeared for the examinations, a total of 2,54,744 students passed, resulting in an overall pass percentage of 94.52%, while this is a slight dip from the previous year's 95.61%. The second rank is shared by Mani Mahesh and Riya Rani, both scoring 645 marks. However, Mani Mahesh has been officially placed in second position due to being younger in age.
In the PSEB Class 10 results, a total of 272 students have been included in the merit list, which includes 52 boys and 220 girls. The overall pass percentage of girls is 95.96%, while the pass percentage of boys is 93.23%. Transgender students recorded a perfect 100% pass rate, with all six candidates successfully clearing the examination.
For students who did not pass, the board said that 13,126 students (4.87%) can reappear for the PSEB 10th exam. Another 1,593 students (0.59%) were declared unsuccessful. Open school students had a separate pass percentage of 58.61%.

The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has declared the PSEB 10th result on the official website of PSEB at pseb.ac.in. Students can check their scores by entering credentials, including roll number and name.
PSEB 10th Toppers List 2026: District, subject-wise
Amritsar was the best-performing district with a pass percentage of 98.41%. Ferozepur came next with 98.39%, followed by Pathankot with 97.99%. On the other hand, Ludhiana had the lowest pass percentage at 89.20%.
Students in rural areas performed slightly better than those in urban areas, with a pass rate of 95.35% compared to 92.98% in cities. Among school types, non-government schools had the highest pass rate at 95.97%, followed by government schools at 94.45%, and aided schools at 89.68%.
Language and vocational subjects have recorded the best performance. Punjabi had a pass rate of 99.31%. Some elective and vocational subjects like Music, Urdu, and Punjab History and Culture recorded a 100% pass rate.

- Go to the official PSEB website — pseb.ac.in
- Open the “Results” section on the homepage
- Click on the link for “PSEB Class 10 Result 2026”
- Enter the required details, such as roll number or student name
- Submit the credentials to view the result
- The Class 10 marksheet will be displayed on the screen
- Download and save the scorecard for future reference
- Take a printout of the marksheet if needed
The PSEB Class 10 marksheet 2026 will include key information such as the student’s personal details, subject-wise scores, overall marks obtained, registration number, and qualifying status.

PSEB Class 10 Board Result 2026: Passing criteria
Students appearing for the PSEB Class 10 board exam 2026 must score a minimum of 33% marks in every subject to pass. They are required to meet the qualifying criteria in both theory and practical papers, wherever applicable. In addition, students need to clear six subjects from Group A and a minimum of two subjects from Group B as per the board’s guidelines.
