PUMDET Counselling 2024: Round 2 seat allotment result out on wbjeeb.nic.in; documents verification

NEW DELHI: The West Bengal Joint Entrance Examinations Board (WBJEEB) has declared the seat allotment result for the Presidency University Master Degree Entrance Test (PUMDET) 2024 counselling today, September 9 round 2. Eligible candidates who participated in the second round of counselling can download the PUMDET 2024 seat allotment letter through the official website, wbjeeb.nic.in.

Candidates should enter the required credentials such as the PUMDET application number and password to log in and download the PUMDET 2024 seat allotment letter. Candidates who secured a seat in the second round of counselling should accept the seat and pay Rs 1,000 as a seat acceptance fee.

As per the PUMDET upgrade rule, if the allotment is upgraded, the candidate does not need to pay the admission fee again but must download the new allotment letter and complete all admission formalities. Failure to do so will cancel both the current and any future allotments. Candidates are required to report to their allotted institutes for document verification and admission by September 11, 2024.

PUMDET Counselling 2024: Documents verification

Candidates who are allotted seats must report to Presidency University according to the schedule with their provisional allotment letter and all original documents as listed below.

  • Downloaded hard copy of the allotment letter

  • Hard copy of the rank card

  • Mark sheet of UG course (all semesters)

  • SC, ST, OBC-A, OBC-B, EWS, PwD domicile certificate

  • Parent's income certificate: issued by BDO, SDO or any Group A government officer, or income certificate/payslip from the employer, or latest ITR

  • Aadhar card
