Rabindranath Tagore University opens application for B.Tech admission 2020

Rabindranath Tagore University, Raisen, formerly AISECT University, has opened the application process for B.Tech admission 2020-21. Students interested in B.Tech admission in the university can fill the application form online from the official website of the institute. Last date to fill the application form is August 30. Admission will be on the basis of entrance examination. Rabindranath Tagore University is located in Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh and also has a branch in Bhopal. Eligibility Criteria for Admission
Students seeking admission in the university in B.Tech course need to fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria laid down by the institution. The list of eligibility criteria is as follows

• Candidates must have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics

• Candidates must have secured at least 45% marks in class 12 (40% for candidates belonging to reserved category)

• Candidates appearing for their class 12 exam can also apply for admission

• There is no restriction on the age of candidates

Application Process
Students have to apply online for B.Tech admission at Rabindranath Tagore University from the official website. Students have to visit the website rntu.ac.in/admissions/onlineadmission to register and fill the application form. Students will also be required to pay Rs.500 as the application fees towards filling the form.

Selection of Candidates
Students who will fill the application form within the specified dates will be shortlisted for admission on the basis of entrance examination. Shortlisted candidates will be eligible for admission, subject to fulfillment of other eligibility criteria.
