New Delhi: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has notified that it will release a revised result of AIBE-XIV. The decision was taken after a wrong question was identified in the AIBE XIV question paper - Question No. 64 (Set-A), Question No. 94 (Set-B), Question No. 58 (Set-C) and Question No. 79 (Set-D).
Students who appeared in the AIBE 2019 exam had earlier raised objections regarding the question. The council has deleted the question after confirming that it was incorrectly framed.
Further, the council has notified that the revised result of AIBE-XIV will consider the total marks as 91 instead of 92. Consequently, revised result will be declared for General/OBC as per 40% i.e. 36 marks (36.4) out of 91 instead of 92 and for SC/ST as per 35% i.e. 31 marks (31.8) out of 91 instead of 92.
It may be noted that BCI had previously deleted/rejected 8 questions before declaring the result out of 92 marks (instead of 100 marks).
