The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) has declared the Regional Institute of Education Common Entrance Examination (RIE CEE) result 2026 on the official website, cee.ncert.gov.in. Candidates who appeared for the entrance examination can now download their RIE CEE rank card 2026 by logging in with the required credentials.

The RIE CEE 2026 scorecard includes details such as the candidate's name, roll number, registration number, marks obtained, qualifying status and rank. Candidates are advised to verify all the information mentioned on the scorecard and keep a printed copy for the admission process.

How to download RIE CEE rank card 2026

The below mentioned steps will help students to access their rank card

  • Visit the official website, cee.ncert.gov.in.
  • Click on the RIE CEE rank card 2026 link.
  • Log in using the registration number and password
  • Click on the submit button.
  • The RIE CEE 2026 rank card or scorecard will appear on the screen.
  • Download and print the result for future reference.

RIE CEE 2026 seat matrix

NCERT will offer admissions to various teacher education programmes across its Regional Institutes of Education (RIEs) through the RIE CEE 2026 counselling process. According to the official seat matrix, the institute-wise intake is as follows:

  • RIE Ajmer: The institute offers 55 seats each in the 2-year BEd (science and mathematics), 2-year BEd (social science and language) and 2-year MEd programmes.
  • RIE Bhopal: A total of 55 seats each are available in the 2-year BEd (science and mathematics), 2-year BEd (social science and language), 2-year MEd, and 3-year integrated BEd-MEd programmes.
  • RIE Bhubaneswar: The institute has 55 seats each for the 2-year BEd (science and mathematics), a 2-year BEd (social science and language) and 2-year MEd programmes.
  • RIE Mysore: The 6-year integrated MScEd programme offers 22 seats each in physics, chemistry and mathematics. The institute also has 27 and 28 seats in the 2-year BEd (Science and Mathematics) and 2-year BEd (Social Science and Language) programmes, along with 55 seats in the 2-year M.Ed. programme.
  • NERIE Shillong: The North East Regional Institute of Education (NERIE), Shillong, offers 28 seats in the 2-year B.Ed. (science and mathematics) programme and 27 seats in the 2-year BEd (Social Science and Language) programme.
  • RIE Nellore: The institute offers 55 seats in the 2-year MA in the education technology programme.

Candidates who qualify the entrance examination will have to participate in the RIE CEE 2026 counselling process. During counselling, applicants will be required to complete registration, document verification and seat allotment as per the schedule announced by NCERT. Admission will be offered based on the candidate's rank in the merit list, programme preference and seat availability.
