RPSC Assistant Engineer 2018 Mains Exam Postponed; Check New Dates

NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 7: Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has postponed the mains exam of Rajasthan Assistant Engineer to December 3 to 5, 2019. Earlier the mains exam was slated to be conducted from October 9 to 11, 2019. In a short notice released by RPSC on its official website - rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in , the authority stated about the revision of the mains exam dates. Candidates who have qualified in the prelims exam must visit the website and get all the exam related details. The table below contains the revised dates.

The admit card of the mains exam is expected to be issued ten days prior to the day of examination. Candidates must bring the admit card to exam centres along with one of the prescribed photo ID proofs - Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport.
The mains exam will be conducted in offline mode containing subjective type questions. The test will be held for a total of 600 marks and 1/3rd marks will be deducted for each wrong response that the candidates There will be 4 papers wherein two of them will be compulsory while the other two will be optional.
The authority has announced the result for the prelims exam on July 19, 2019, for which the test was held from December 16 to 18, 2019. The exam will be held for two sections - section A (compulsory) and B (optional). Candidate will be given a total of 6 hours for each section A and B.
The prelims exam of RPSC Assistant Engineer was held from December 16 to 18, 2018. The result for the same was announced on July 19, 2019. The authority is conducting RPSC Assistant Engineer 2018 exam for a total of 916 posts.
