When will RRB NTPC exam date 2024 be announced? Salary, age limit for 11,558 vacancies

NEW DELHI: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will announce the exam date of the Non Technical Popular Categories (RRB NTPC) for undergraduate and graduate posts soon. The railway ministry will fill a total of 11,558 RRB NTPC vacancies, of which 8113 are reserved for graduate level and 3,445 undergraduate level.

For both the categories, the board will hold the exam in two stages - computer-based test (CBT) and computer-based aptitude test (CBAT) or Typing Skill Test (TST) if applicable. The registration process for both the categories began in September last year.

The application for RRB NTPC graduate level was available from September 14 to October 20 and the RRB NTPC UG level registration was open from September 21 to October 27. The correction facility for the graduate level candidates was closed on October 25 and for the UG level was open till November 6.

As per the RRB exam calendar 2025: the NTPC level 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 exam notification will be issued in July-September. After the exam is conducted, the RRB board-wise shortlisting candidates for stage 2 will be done at the rate of 15 times the vacancies and for CBAT and typing test to the extent of 8 times the vacancies.
