RRB RPF Recruitment 2024: Application begins today; 4,660 vacancies notified

NEW DELHI: The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will has issued a notification for the recruitment of 4,660 Sub-Inspector, Constable vacancies in the department. As per the notification, the application process for RRB RPF Constable, SI recruitment 2024 will begin today, April 15.

Interested candidates can apply for RRB RPF Constable, SI recruitment 2024 through the official websites of the respective RRBs. The application window for both RPF SI and RPF Constable vacancies will close on May 14, 2024.

Following the registration deadline, the board will open the RRB RPF Constable, SI application correction window will open from May 15 to 24, 2024. Candidates who have successfully registered for the recruitment exam will be able to make changes in their RRB RPF application form 2024 through the correction facility.

Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to make corrections in the RRB RPF SI, constable application form 2024.

RRB RPF Recruitment 2024: Age limit

For the positions of Constable (Executive), candidates must be aged between 18 and 28 by July 1, 2024. For the vacancies of SI, the age range is 20 to 28 as of the specified date. There's a special provision granting a one-time extension of 3 years beyond the usual age limit due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Additionally, there will be further concessions in the maximum age limit for candidates from reserved categories.

RRB RPF Application 2024: Educational qualifications

For constable vacancies, candidates must have a minimum of Class 10 certification from a recognised board. For SI vacancies, candidates must have graduation degree from a recognised university or institute.

This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,660 vacancies in the department. Of which 4,208 positions reserved for constables and the remaining 452 for sub-inspectors.
