SAU opens admissions to UG, PG, PhD programmes for 2024 session; 4 new courses launched

NEW DELHI: The South Asian University (SAU) has commenced the admission process for its undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD programmes for the academic session 2024-25. Candidates can fill the SAU application form 2024 by March 31 at sau.int. The SAU entrance test (SAUET) 2024 is scheduled for April 20 and 21.
The university is going to introduce new programmes in the department of computer science, namely, BTech, dual degree (BTech+MTech), MTech and integrated MSc+MTech programmes from the new academic session.
The admission will be offered on the basis of entrance tests conducted by the university while some courses will take students directly on merit basis. Interested candidates can check the course-wise eligibility, programme details, test format, syllabus, admission procedure, tuition fee, and other details in the SAU admission brochure 2024 available on the official website.
SAU Admission 2024: Eligibility criteria
- Students must have passed Class 12 with at least 75% marks. Students who are yet to appear for their final exams can also apply subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
- For PG programmes, candidates must have a 3-year degree or 4-year degree with a minimum of 50% marks for MA and 55% for MSc courses.
- For PhD, students having a postgraduate degree with 50% minimum marks for social science, law subjects and 55% marks for science will be eligible.
