NEW DELHI, DECEMBER 15: SNAP 2019 is about to begin in a short while. Candidates have started arriving at the test centre and they are seen standing in a queue. Entry for the exam has started and candidates are being allowed to enter the test centre after getting their documents verified. The authorities have clearly pasted the instructions outside the taste centre and students are expected to follow them as non-adherence will lead to cancellation of their candidature. 4:30 p.m - The test centre wore a deserted look as most of the candidates left
4:25 p.m - Some of the students were left behind and were booking the cab
4:20 p.m- Parents were seen waiting for their wards to come out of the test centre
