SNAP 2020 - Social distancing and exam day guidelines issued

NEW DELHI - Symbiosis International (Deemed) University has issued the test day guidelines as well as instructions related to social distancing norms which the candidates are expected to follow on the day of SNAP 2020 which is scheduled to take place on December 20.

SNAP 2020 exam day instructions

• It is mandatory to carry a coloured print out of SNAP 2020 admit card along with a valid photo identity proof

• Ensure to arrive at SNAP 2020 exam centre latest by 9:00 a.m and be seated by 10:30 a.m

• Get the SNAP admit card stamped by the invigilator at the test centre

• None of the electronic gadgets like cameras, cell phones, laptops calculators etc are allowed on the day of SNAP 2020 exam

Important Guidelines related to COVID 19

• On the day of SNAP 2020, candidates must maintain social distancing and avoid overcrowding at the test centre.

• Those candidates who will exhibit COVID 19 symptoms, they would not be permitted to appear for the exam

• Candidates are advised not to have parents, friends accompanying them to the SNAP 2020 exam centre.

• Temperature of the candidates will be checked at the SNAP exam centre by using a thermo gun

• At the registration desk of SNAP 2020, the photograph of the candidates will be captured and also they would be required to sanitize their hands

• Candidates must ensure that they stand in circles that are drawn at the entry points and maintain social distancing

What to carry to SNAP 2020 exam centres?

Candidates are required to carry with them the following items as they appear for SNAP 2020 exam.

• Mask

• Gloves

• Sanitizer (50 ml)

• Small transparent water bottle

• Black / Blue simple ball pen

About SNAP 2020

SNAP 2020 exam will be of one hour duration as compared to in the past when it was of two hours. There has been a change in the SNAP exam pattern also as there has been a reduction in the total number of questions which will be asked. Also SNAP 2020 will be conducted three times and candidates can appear for the SNAP exam twice.
