NEW DELHI- South East Central Railway (SECR) has invited applications to fill 432 apprentice posts in SECR, Bilaspur Division. This SECR recruitment 2020 is being done to fill apprentice posts in trades like Stenographer, Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Plumber and more.
