SSC CGL and SSC CHSL 2017 Document Verification to be conducted soon - SSC Chairman

NEW DELHI AUGUST 26: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has been receiving requests from the candidates of the SSC-CGLE & the SSC-CHSLE to release the final results of the above-mentioned examinations conducted in 2017.

It is to be noted that soon after the final examinations for SSC-CHSLE 2017 were conducted, the Supreme Court of India placed interim conjunction and restrained the commission from releasing the results of the aforementioned examination.
However, after 2 years, the apex court vacated the order and as soon the order was vacated, the commission declared the list of qualified candidates of CGLE 2017 for Document Verification and Skill Test.
Keeping in mind the already tight schedule, the chairman has responded to the requests made by candidates. In an official announcement, he has assured them that the commission has already prioritised the Document Verification and Skill Test for 35,990 eligible candidates of CGLE 2017 between 16.6.2019 till 31.7.2019. The official announcement further said that the evaluation of the skill test is a time-consuming process and can take up to 3-4 months. That said, the skill test for CGLE 2017 is likely to be completed by November 2019.
The commission even said that after the completion of the MTS (NT) examination 2019 they have also continued the Document Verification and Skill Test for 33,967 candidates of the CHSLE 2017 Examination from August 16, 2019, the process is currently ongoing and will continue till to September 22, 2019.
