SSC CGL Cut off 2018 Released; Check Category Wise SSC Cut off Here

NEW DELHI, AUGUST 21: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released SSC CGL cut off 2018 for Tier I on August 20 on its official website. The cut off has been released along with the announcement of SSC CGL result. Candidates can check the cut off in the form of PDF containing the category wise minimum cut off scores for each subject. As per the cut off scores released, the highest cut off marks has been registered for those who have qualified for paper I, II and IV (Finance and Accounts) - 170 (General), while the lowest cut of has ben recorded for candidates who have qualified for only paper I and II - 137.07 (General). In the table below check the detailed cut off of SSC CGL.

The cut off scores has been determined after following th process of normalisation since the exam was held in multiple shifts. All those candidates who have secured the above mentioned cut off scores have been considered qualified to appear for Tier II exam of SSC CGL. A total of 15162 candidates have qualified to appear in paper I, II and IV for Finance and Accounts while for Statistics (paper II and III), 8578 candidates have qualified. To appear in only paper I and II, 150396 candidates have qualified the tier I exam. Check your results at - ssc.nic.in.

The Tier I exam of SSC CGL 2018 exam was held from June 4 to 13. The exam is conducted in four stages - tier I, II, III and IV. The exam is conducted to to fill up various Group B and C posts like Assistant Audit Officer, Assistant Section Officer, Assistant/ Superintendent, Inspector, (Central Excise) etc. in various Ministries/Department/Organizations in the Government of India. Through this recruitment exam of SSC CGL 2018, the examination authority is to fill approximately 9000 vacancies.
