SSC CGL Tier 1 Result 2019 Announced; Check Your Result Now

NEW DELHI, JUNE 21: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the result of SSC CGL 2018 Tier 1 on August 20, 2019. Candidates can check their SSC CGL 2018 result in online mode pdf format. 1,74,136 total candidates have been qualified in SSC CGL 2018 result. This result is declared in pdf file which display the roll numbers of qualified candidates for Tier-I.
Along with the declaration of result, Staff Selection Commission has also released the cutoff of SSC CGL. Earlier The SSC CGL Tier 1 exam was held between June 4 to 13, 2019 where at some centres the examination was cancelled due to some technical issues. The re-examination was held on June 19, 2019.

As per the notice released by SSC, a total of 4,825 has taken the re-examination. Tier 1 exam of SSC CGL was held at 362 examination venues across 131 cities of India. Around 25.97 lakh candidates had registered for SSC CGL 2018 exam where 8.37 lakh appeared for the exam.
The question in Tier 1 exam was asked from four sections - General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Awareness, Quantitative Aptitude, and English Language. According to the exam pattern, there are 100 questions carrying 200 marks each. For each wrong answer, 0.50 marks are deducted and 2 marks are awarded for the correct answer. The total time allotted to candidates to answer this paper is 60 minutes.
Based on tier 1 result, candidates will be shortlisted to appear for the Tier 2 exam. SSC CGL is conducted for the recruitment of candidates to Group B and C post in the Ministries/Departments/Organizations in the Government of India.
