SSC CPO Recruitment 2024: Selection process
Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST), which assess your physical fitness through activities like running, long jump, and high jump, as well as measuring your height, chest (for male candidates), and weight. Those who pass these tests will undergo a medical examination to ensure they meet the required health and fitness standards.
Following the medical examination, eligible candidates will appear for Paper 2, which tests English language and comprehension skills. Based on the performance in both paper 1 and paper 2, SSC will prepare a final merit list, taking into account the results of the PET, PST, and medical examination.
Candidates who make it to the final merit list will then be called for document verification, where they must present all required original documents. Upon successful verification, candidates will receive appointment letters and be assigned to various central police organizations such as BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB.
