SSC CPO SI and ASI Result 2018-19 Out for PST/PET; 4750 Qualified

NEW DELHI, SEPTEMBER 10: Staff Selection Commision (SSC) has announced the result of SSC CPO, SI and ASI for the PET/PST round. The result has been announced in PDF format containing the roll numbers, category and names of the qualified candidates. As per the result PDF, a total of 4750 candidates have qualified the PST and PET stage wherein there are 332 female and 4418 male candidates. All those candidates whose name and roll number has been mentioned in the result PDF have to now appear for paper II which is slated to be held on November 27, 2019.
Among 332 female qualified candidates, 98 candidates are from general category, 135 candidates are from OBC, 27 and 55 candidates are from SC and ST category respectively. Also, there are 70 candidates from OBC for the state of Delhi only.
For 4418 male qualified candidates, there are a total of 1840 unreserved candidates, 1667 ae from OBC, while 425 and 344 candidates are from SC and ST category respectively. Also, there are 142 male OBC candidates who are for Delhi only.
SSC CPO paper I was conducted May 25, 2019 wherein a total of 20920 candidates including 18750 male and 2170 female candidates were declared qualified for the PET & PST.
SSC CPO exam is conducted to recruit candidates for various posts which includes Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police, CRPF, BSF, CISF, ITBP and SSB along with Assistant Sub-Inspector (Executive) in CISF. The Exam is conducted in three stages - paper I, PST & PET and paper II. SSC CPO exam for 2918 is being held for which the authority has announced a total of 1557 vacancies.
