SSC GD Constable 2018 PET and PST Dates Announced; Check Details Here
NEW DELHI, SEPTEMBER 20: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the exam dates of Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Eligibility Test (PET) for the candidates who were declared qualified in the revised result of SSC GD Constable 2019. SSC GD Constable PET/PST will be held on September 23, 2019. For the candidates belonging to Jammu & Kashmir regions, PET/PST will be held in October 2019. A total of 3,726 candidates were qualified based on the revised result of SSC GD Constable.
Candidates will have to qualify PET/PST to be eligibile for next round of selection process. SSC GD Constable result of PET/PST is expected to be released in November 2019. To appear for the exam, candidates will be issued admit card. Candidates will be able to download the admit card for PET/PET from CRPF website crpf.gov.in. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter username and password.
On the day of exam, candidates must carry the admit card along with the prescribed identity proof by Central or State Government. Earlier, PET/ PST was held on August 13 to September 25, 2019. 5,34,052 candidates had qualified the written exam of SSC GD Constable based on the previous result released by SSC on June 20, 2019.
SSC GD Constable 2018 written exam was conducted from February 11 to March 11, 2019. The selection of the candidates for SSC GD Constable is done on the basis of Computer Based Examination (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) and Medical Examination.
SSC GD Constable exam is conducted for the recruitment of male and female General Duty constables in BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, NIA, SSF and Rifleman in Assam Rifles.
