SSC GD Constable 2019 Dates for PST and PET Released at ssc.nic.in; Know Details Here

NEW DELHI, AUGUST 8: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the dates of SSC GD Constable Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Eligibility Test (PET) 2018 on August 7, 2019. As per the recent notice, the the PST /PET is slated to be held from August 13 to September 25, 2019. The test will be held at around 100 centres across the country. A total of 534052 candidates who have qualified the written exam of SSC GD Constable are expected to appear for the PST/PET. Earlier the authority had also released the admit card of SSC GD Constable PST/PET on July 30, 2019. To download the admit card, candidates must visit the official website of CRPF - crpf.gov.in and download the admit card using their login credentials. The admit card will contain the details related to the candidase, exam date and timing, and venue of the exam.

It is important for the candidate to carry the admit card to the exam centre on the day of SSC GD Constable PSR/PET. NO candidaste will be allowed to appear for the test without the admit card and the prescribed photo ID Proof.

The written exam of SSC GD Constable 2018 was conducted February 11 to March 11, 2019. The result of the written exam was announced on June 20 wherein a total of 534052 candidates had qualified for PST/PET round.

The exam of SSC GD Constable is conducted in three stages - Computer Based Examination (CBE), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST) and Medical Examination.

SSC conducts GD Constable exam for the recruitment of male and female General Duty constables in BSF, CISF, CRPF, ITBP, SSB, NIA, SSF and Rifleman in Assam Rifles.

The authority has announced the SSC GD Constable Recruitment for 2019 also for which it has announced as many as 58373 vacancies wherein 50066 vacancies are for male while 8307 vacancies are for female.
