SSC GD Constable 2021 notification to be out this week

The Staff Selection Commission is expected to soon issue the SSC GD constable notification sometime this week, after which the application process for SSC GD 2021 will begin.
NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission is likely to issue the notification for the SSC GD Constable 2021 exam this week. The notice for the SSC GD Constable 2021 was to be issued on March 25. It was on April 9 that the commission announced on its official website that they would issue the notice as well as begin the recruitment process from the first week of May. However, it has not been released yet.
SSC GD Constable recruitment drive 2021 is undertaken to fill vacancies for the posts in CRPF, NIA, CISF, Constable (General Duty), Assam Rifles.
SSC GD Constable 2021: Exam Date
In wake of the prevailing COVID-19 situation, there has been a delay in the commencement of the recruitment process for the SSC GD constable . It is likely that the SSC GD constable exam will be held from August 2 to August 25.
Earlier, when the calendar for the SSC exams was issued, it was mentioned that the application process would begin from March 25 and end on May 10. However, since the notification is yet to be out, the registration date for the SSC GD constable will be extended.

SSC GD Constable Exam 2021- Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who are aspiring to appear for the SSC GD 2021 exam must ensure that they have passed their Class 10 exam and should be between the age of 18 to 23 years. There will be age relaxation for candidates who belong to the reserved category.
SSC GD Constable 2021 Exam Pattern
Those candidates who successfully register for the SSC GD constable exam will have to appear in the entrance test which will include 100 multiple-choice questions of 100 marks. The question will be asked from general knowledge and general awareness, elementary maths, English and Hindi, reasoning and general intelligence.
