NEW DELHI, AUGUST 1: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has informed in their latest notice that candidates are required to carry a valid identity proof to SSC MTS 2019 exam. The date of birth mentioned in the identity card must match the one provided by the candidates during applications. In case date of births do not match, candidates will not be permitted to take the exam.

The announcement has been made on the official website - ssc.nic.in. The notice also mentions that if candidates do not have a valid identity with their date of birth on it, they must carry their original birth certificate to confirm birth date.
SSC MTS 2019 Paper 1 is scheduled to be conducted from August 2 to September 6. Candidates can download the admit card for the same until the day of examination.
Paper 1 of SSC MTS is conducted for 100 marks. There are four sections in the question paper of SSC MTS - General Intelligence and Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English and General Awareness. Each section has 25 questions of one mark each. Candidates will be given 90 minutes to attempt the paper.
SSC MTS is conducted for the recruitment of various multi-tasking staff posts in Central Government departments of states and Union Territories. This year, SSC MTS 2019 is being conducted for a total of 10674 vacancies.
