NEW DELHI: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has successfully conducted the SSC JE 2021 tier 1 exam in online mode. SSC JE 2021 exam was conducted in two shifts on March 22, 2021 (Day 1). Candidates who appeared in the exam followed all the exam day and COVID-19 guidelines. Those who appeared in the SSC JE tier 1 exam can check the SSC JE exam analysis to know the difficulty level of the exam and SSC JE expected cutoff 2021.
According to the inputs given by students and experts, the difficulty level of SSC JE 2021 exam for March 22 was moderate. Students also mentioned that they had to wear a mask for the full duration of the examination. The seating was also arranged as per the social distancing guidelines.
SSC JE was conducted in computer-based test mode.
The SSC JE Paper 1 holds a total of 200 marks.
The duration of SSC JE 2021 Paper 1 was 2 hours.
Students will get 1 mark for each correct response and 1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong response.
No marks will be deducted for questions left unattempted.
SSC will release the SSC JE cutoff along with the scorecard.

Candidates need to appear in three stages of the examination process. Paper 1 is an objective type computer-based. Students who qualify paper 1 are required to appear in paper 2 which is the descriptive written exam. The final phase is the document verification round. Candidates need to secure SSC JE cutoff marks to get qualified.
