SSC Stenographer Notification 2019 Postponed; See New Dates Here

New Delhi, September 18: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has extended the date to release the notification and application form of SSC Stenographer 2019. According to the new notice issued by SSC, the notification will be released on September 20, 2019, at ssc.nic.in . Earlier, the notification along with the application form was to be released on September 17, 2019. The new dates to fill the application form, payment of online and offline fee, generation of offline challan, admit card, exam dates will be released along with the notification. To fill SSC Stenographer application form 2019, candidates must be have passed Class 12 and are between 18 to 30 years.

The application form of SSC Stenographer is filled in two parts. In Part 1, candidates need to register for the exam. In Part 2, candidates will have to fill the detailed application form, upload photograph and signature, and fee payment.

Candidates must have an active email id and mobile number for registration.

Details of Aadhaar Number or Aadhaar Enrollment Number or any other Voter ID Card/PAN/Passport/Driving License/School/ College ID / Employer ID (Govt./ PSU/ Private) in case candidates do not have Aadhaar Card or Aadhaar Enrollment Number.

Class 10 admit card.

Scanned colour photograph ( 20 KB to 50 KB.)and signature (10 to 20 KB).

Scanned Left-hand Thumb Impression (LTI) of dimension 10KB to 30 KB if candidates do not provide Aadhaar Card or Aadhaar Enrollment Number.

Scanned Disability Certificate if candidates are suffering from any specific disability.
While filling the application form, candidates must ensure that candidates can not make changes in the detailed entered during one-time registration. Also, the editing of details in the application form can be done before the final submission.
Candidates who will successfully register for the exam will be issued admit card to appear in the paper I exam. The commission will issue the new dates will be issued by the examination authority.
SSC Stenographer is conducted for the recruitment of candidates to Stenographer Grade ‘C’ (Group ‘B’, NonGazetted) and Stenographer Grade ‘D’ (Group ‘C’) for various Ministries/Departments/Organizations in the Government of India.
