New Delhi, March 11: Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tamil Nadu has released the application form of Tamil Nadu PG 2019 on March 11 for admission to government quota and management quota postgraduate seats. Online registration has to be completed by March 20, while last date for receipt of printout of application form is March 22. It is recommended candidates meet prescribed eligibility criteria before filling the form, as otherwise applications will be rejected.
A total of 822 seats are available under 50% state quota, with the course-wise breakdown being MD (390 seats), MS (235), and PG Diploma Course (197).
How to fill Tamil Nadu PG 2019 Application Form
To start application process - Click Here
Select the program applied for admission - (1) PG Degree/Diploma, or (2) MDS
Next select the quota under which admission is sought - government or management
Get registered by clicking on “New User Registration”
Fill in registration details like name, email id, mobile number. Also select and confirm password.
After successful registration, the candidate has to fill the application form
Pay application fee of Rs. 3000
Submit the form online
After online submission of the form, the candidate will have to take printout of completed application form and send it to following address :

Please note that the last date of receipt of hard copy of application form is March 22 ( 5 pm).

MBBS pass and completion certificate
Certificate showing completion of compulsory Rotatory Residential Internship
Final MBBS Part II Mark sheets.
Permanent/Provisional Medical Registration Certificate issued by MCI
Community certificate (if applicable)
Publication of Merit List
Based on applications received by it, DME Tamil Nadu will release a state merit list on on April 3, which will be the basis of seat allotment. It may be noted that only such candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2019 will be included in the merit list.
Separate merit lists will be released for government quota and management quota.
Candidates who are listed in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling cum seat allotment process, which will start tentatively in the 2nd week of April.
