Teerthanker Mahaveer University to host SMART 2023 conference

The 12th International Conference on System Modeling and Advancement in Research Trends will be attended by experts from 11 countries.

NEW DELHI: Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad, will host the 12th International Conference on System Modeling and Advancement in Research Trends (SMART-2023) on December 22 and 23. The conference is being organised by the College of Computing Sciences Information Technology (CCSIT), TMU, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) UP Section.

The conference will be attended by IT experts from 11 countries, including Bangladesh, Russia, the United States, Hong Kong, Australia, China, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Uzbekistan, and Iraq. Participants from 12 Indian states will be attending the conference. A total of 105 research papers will be presented across 15 technical sessions, covering 10 tracks.

TMU's SMART-2023 will bring together a diverse community of researchers, engineers, and scientists for a dynamic exchange of ideas. The SMART International Conference has witnessed the participation of experts from 19 countries, presenting over 1500 research papers in the last 11 editions.

The conference will be inaugurated by Suresh Jain, TMU chancellor, and SN Singh, director of ABV-IIITM, Gwalior. “Leading figures from IEEE UP Section, including J Ramkumar and Varun KR Kakar, will be present as observers in the conference,” the university said

IT experts, including Daniela Parigin from Russia), Maria Simona Raboca from Romania, Abu Bakar Abdul Hamid from Malaysia and others, will contribute as keynote speakers.

On day 1, Sanjay Kumar Ghosh, professor at IIT Roorkee, will be the chief guest, and VK Jain, dean- research and development of HBTU, Kanpur, will be the guest of honour.

On day 2, Prakash Chauhan, director of NRSC-ISRO, Hyderabad, will be the chief guest, and Unnat Jain from META, Pittsburgh, will be the guest of honour.

Guest participants will be granted certificates to the guests and participants.
