NEW DELHI: Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has announced that TS Class 10 exams have been cancelled and students will be promoted to the next class as reported by the Times Now.
The report also says that students will be promoted to the next class i.e. Class 11 based on internal assessment marks sent by schools.
This decision was made today in a high-level meeting. It was pointed out that it is not possible to conduct exams in the state due to coronavirus. So the exams were cancelled and students will be promoted to Class 11.
Earlier, it was decided to postpone the pending exams of 11 subjects. These exams were scheduled to hold from June 8 to July 5, 2020, for 5.4 lakh students.
