TNEA Cut-off 2024: Registration begins; BTech cut-offs at Anna University
Tamil Nadu engineering admission registration 2024 underway. Class 12 students will have to submit application on the official website, tneaonline.org.

NEW DELHI: The Directorate of Technical Education, Government of Tamil Nadu has started the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA 2024) counselling registration for Class 12 qualified students. Aspirants seeking to pursue BTech and undergraduate engineering courses in the participating colleges will have to register at tneaonline.org. The department conducts multiple rounds of TNEA counselling and announces TNEA cut-off for all categories after each round concludes.
The selection for Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission 2024 will be done based on the marks obtained by students in mathematics, physics and chemistry. The marks secured in these three subjects will be reduced to 200, allotting 100 marks for mathematics and 50 marks each for physics and chemistry. Students who have obtained the minimum qualifying marks of 45% and 40% for reserved categories will be considered for admission.
The Tamil Nadu Board declared the TN Class 12th results 2024 on May 6 for 7,19,196 students and recorded an overall pass percentage of 94.56%.
Those belonging to general category will have to pay an TNEA application fees of Rs 500 and SC, SCA, ST category candidates will have to pay Rs 250.
Anna University Coimbatore BTech cut-off
Candidates can check the branch-wise BTech engineering TNEA cut-off of last year at Anna University Coimbatore.
