NEW DELHI SEPTEMBER 2: Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) Group IV exam was successfully conducted on September 1, 2019, in offline mode across major districts in Tamil Nadu. The timing was from 10 am to 1 pm. TNPSC Group IV exam paper had 200 questions and the time allotted was 3 hours, while the total marks were 300. The exam was conducted in English and Tamil. The questions were from General Studies, Aptitude Test as well as General English and General Tamil.
According to media reports, candidates who appeared for the exam said that the question paper was quite easy as compared to that of last year. Several media reports also stated that, elaborate arrangements were made and special buses were run by TNSTC.
TNPSC Group IV 2019 exam was conducted to recruit candidates for various posts under the Tamil Nadu PSC (Public Service Commission) in the Ministerial Service, Judicial Ministerial Service, Survey and Land Records Subordinate Service and Secretariat Service. This year, the exam was held to recruit as many as 6,491 vacancies.
TNPSC Group IV results for 2019 is to be expected in December 2019. Candidates will be able to check the results using their registration number. On the basis of the TNPSC result, the authority will make the list of candidates shortlisted for the document verification process. After successfully verifying, candidates will be allotted posts as per their preference.
