NEW DELHI: The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has commenced the application form correction window for the Uttarakhand Combined State Civil, Upper Subordinate Services Examination 2024 today, April 9. Candidates who have applied for the UKPSC Upper PCS 2024 exam can edit their application form by visiting the official website, psc.uk.gov.in.

The last date to make changes in the UKPSC Upper Subordinate Service 2024 exam is April 18. The commission aims to recruit a total of 189 posts including deputy collector, district commandant, home guards, district Panchayati Raj officer, and others under the Uttrakhand Government.

Candidates participating in the UKPSC Upper PCS 2024 examination will have the opportunity to modify all details in their application form except for the email ID and mobile number. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as email ID and password to log in and make changes in the UKPSC Upper PCS 2024 application form.

If a candidate decides to change their category or subcategory, they will be required to pay the necessary fee for the newly selected category or subcategory. To be eligible for the UKPSC Upper PCS 2024 exam, candidates should have an age between 21 years old and 42 years old.

UKPSC Upper PCS Recruitment 2024: Selection process, exam pattern

The UKPSC Upper PCS selection process comprises three stages including a preliminary examination carrying a total of 300 marks, the main examination carrying 1500 marks in total, and an interview which carries 150 marks.

The UKPSC Upper PCS preliminary exam is divided into two papers, both carrying objective-type questions. Candidates will get two hours for each paper. As per the marking scheme, the first paper of the UKPSC Upper PCS Exam will comprise 150 questions, each carrying one mark, while the second paper will include 100 questions, each carrying 1.5 marks. Additionally, a 1/4 mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer.
