UP board Class 10, 12 board exams 2024 evaluation process completed in 12 days

NEW DELHI: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP) has completed the evaluation process of the UP Board Class 12 and 10 exam 2024 in record time. Dainik Jagran reported that the evaluation process was completed in 12 days. The UP board conducted The UP High School and Intermediate board exams from February 22 to March 9.

The Uttar Pradesh board evaluated 1.76 crore answer sheets of UP High School board exam and around 1.25 crore answer sheets of UP intermediate board exam 2024 in a record 12 days.

Result by end of April

The board now aims to announce the UP Class 12 and 10 board exam result 2024 in record time by the end of April. A total of 55 lakh students had appeared for the UP board exams. Last year, the UP board result were declared on April 25.

UP board secretary Diyakant Shukla, in a press conference, said, “Quality education, cheating-free examinations, and fair evaluation have been the guiding principles of the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad. Through monitoring of all 259 evaluation centres from the command and control room established for the first time at the UP Board headquarters in Prayagraj, the evaluation work has been completed this time in a record 12 working days.”

To complete the evaluation process in record time, the UP board setup 131 centres for evaluation of high school answer sheets and 116 for intermediate answer sheets. The UP board employed over 1.47 lakh examiners to evaluate the answer sheets.

The board has now started the process of uploading the candidates’ marks into computers have expedited. After uploading the marks onto the mark sheets based on roll numbers, they will undergo cross-checking to eliminate any errors.
