UPSC CDS 1 application 2025 correction facility begins today; edit at upsc.gov.in

NEW DELHI: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will open the application correction window for the Combined Defence Services (CDS) 1 exam today, January 1, 2025. Candidates will be able to edit their UPSC CDS 1 application form 2025 through the official website, upsc.gov.in.
The UPSC CDS 1 application 2025 correction link will remain active for seven days till January 7, 2025. Candidates will have to use their login details such as registration number and password to log in and edit the UPSC CDS 1 application form.
Candidates will be able to make corrections to specific details in the UPSC CDS 1 2025 application form. These include their name, father’s name, mother’s name, academic details, photograph (via image upload), signature (via image upload), caste certificate, income certificate, date of birth, gender, category, and sub-category (persons with benchmark disabilities).
UPSC CDS 1 exam date 2025
The UPSC CDS 1 exam 2025 is scheduled to be held on April 13, 2025. The commission will issue the UPSC CDS 1 admit card seven days before the exam date. Candidates will be selected based on their performance in the written exam and SSB interview.
The UPSC CDS 1 recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 457 vacancies in the organisation. Out of these, 100 vacancies are reserved for the Indian Military Academy, 32 for the Indian Naval Academy and Air Force Academy each, and 293 vacancies for officers training academy.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to edit the UPSC CDS 1 application form 2025.
Visit the official website at upsc.gov.in.
On the homepage, click the “One Time Registration (OTR) for Examinations” tab.
Now, enter the required login details and click the submit button.
UPSC CDS 1 application form will open.
Make the necessary changes in the application form and save it
Submit the updated application and download a copy for future reference.
