UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist 2024 interview schedule out; personality tests from December 9

UPSC Combined Geo-Scientist 2024: Roll-number wise interview dates are available at upsc.gov.in.
NEW DELHI : The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has issued the interview schedule for the Combined Geo-Scientist exam 2024. The personality tests for candidates who qualified the exam held on June 22 and June 23 will commence from December 9. The e-Call letters of personality tests (interviews) of the candidates will be made available shortly on the official websites, upsc.gov.in and upsconline.nic.in.
UPSC said that it will not entertain any change in the date and time of personality test allotted to the candidates. The PT schedule mentions the candidate’s roll number, date and day of interview, and session.
Moreover, the competent authority has decided to reimburse travelling allowance to the outstation candidates for attending interviews or PT boards subject to the following conditions:
- Second or sleeper class train fare (mail express) will be reimbursed if the candidates perform their journey by rail.
- Candidates will have to submit hard copies or printout of ticket (to and fro journey) in case of train journey along with the prescribed TA claim form duly filled in duplicate.
“Candidates are instructed to strictly adhere to the aforesaid conditions while making their travel arrangements for attending the PT Boards of Combined Geo-Scientist Examination, 2024. It may be noted that in case of deviation from these conditions, the TA claim of the candidate will not be considered,” the commission further stated.
UPSC Geo-Scientist Main result 2024 was declared on August 14. A total of 110 candidates were recommended for geologist, 14 for hydrogeology, 31 for geophysicist, and 39 for chemist or chemical posts.
