UPSC Declared Geoscientist and Geologist Examination 2019 Results

NEW DELHI, OCTOBER 01: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the result of Combined Geo‐scientist & Geologist Examination‐2019. UPSC has released the result in PDF mode online on its official website. The commission has released two PDFs, one of which contains the name of the candidates whereas the other one contains the roll number of the qualified candidates. The result is declared by UPSC on the basis of candidates performance in the written examination of Combined Geo‐scientist & Geologist. The written exam was conducted from June 28 to June 30, 2019. Candidates who have qualified the written examination of UPSC Combined Geo‐scientist & Geologist are now eligible to appear in the Interview/Personality Test.

Along with the result, UPSC has also released the Detailed Application Form (DAF) filling dates. All the candidate's qualified candidates are required to fill in the DAF form which will be made online on the UPSC website from October 14 to October 28, 2019, till 6.00 P.M.

Steps to check UPSC Combined Geo‐scientist & Geologist 2019 Written Results:

1. Visit the official website of UPSC: upsc.gov.in

2. Go to the What’s New section.

3. In this section, you will see two notification at the top.

4. Click on the notification with and check your name.

5. Download the PDF and save it for later.

In the results declared by UPSC, a total of 122 candidates qualified in the Geologist services, 13 qualified in Hydrogeologist services, 47 qualified in Geophysicists and 41 in Chemists. All these candidates would have to qualify the final round which is the Interview/Personality Test in order to be eligible to get the job.
