UPSC Engineering Services 2019 Interview Schedule Released - Check Dates Here

NEW DELHI AUGUST 20: Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the interview schedule and the eligible candidates roll number for its Engineering Services Exam 2019 on August 19 2019. All the candidates who passed the written test are now eligible for the interview stage which will start from September 9, 2019, and will continue till October 18 2019. The UPSC Engineering Services Mains 2019 Interview will be conducted in 2 shifts.

A total of 1400 candidates have qualified to appear in the interview round, with 647 candidates for Civil Engineering, 261 for Mechanical Engineering, 243 for Electrical Engineering and 249 for E&T Engineering.

Steps to download the interview schedule

1. Visit the official website of UPSC: upsc.gov.in

2. Go to the ‘Examination’ tab

3. In the drop-down, click on ‘Active Examination’

4. From the given list search for ‘Engineering Services (Main) Examination, 2019’

5. In the table; click on the ‘Interview Schedule’ notification at the last dated 19/08/2019

6. Download the PDF of your respective department

Candidates qualifying the interview will be allotted the positions in various major government institutions and they will be responsible to manage and execute activities in diverse technical and managerial fields.

UPSC issued the notification to conduct the Engineering Mains Examination on June 10, 2019, and the exams were held on June 31, 2019, in two shifts across major centres in India. Each department consists of 2 papers of 300 marks each and the time duration allotted was 3 hours for each paper. The results of the written examination were released on August 02 2019.
